Regular orders: .
You will be provided shipping and tracking information as soon as the order is shipped.
Design-your-own: customer is responsible for shipping cost/tracking of their own jacket. Only clean jackets will be embroidered.
Email divinecasual@gmail.com to let us know you are sending your jacket and we will provide mailing address via email.
Expect 3-5 business days for design-your-own, 3-7 business days for custom design orders to be shipped.

Custom and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any custom and import taxes/ fees that may apply. divine casual is not responsible for delays due to customs.
return & exchange policy
divine casual will gladly accept returns/ exchanges of items purchased on divinecasual.com. Items must be in original condition with tags and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed. Customer is responsible for shipping cost for return items.
Your original form of payment will be refunded for items returned within 14 business days from day of receiving. Please contact divine casual by email to request the return or exchange.
